All clients must complete a consultation form on the first visit so please allow for an extra 15 minutes for your first appointment. This will not affect your total massage time. The consultation enables us to discuss any underlying health conditions which could be a contraindication to the massage and choose essential oils together accordingly.

As a holistic therapist I look at the body as a whole, taking into consideration not only your symptoms but your lifestyle and any other conditions that may relate to your initial concern.

What to expect from me;

• The treatment room is warm and inviting to ensure you will feel safe, secure and

relaxed throughout your visit.

• The treatment room is cleaned between all client appointments.

• Freshly washed towels are used for each appointment.

• I am happy to wear a face mask if you so require.

• All information provided by you is confidential and your consultation form will be

stored securely.

• Your appointment will start on time and will not overrun; your time is precious.

What I expect from Clients;

• You will be asked to dress down to your underwear.

• You will remain covered by a towel at all times during the massage except for the areas that are being massaged.

• Please respect your therapist’s boundaries at all times. If you behave inappropriately and I am made to feel uncomfortable, the treatment will stop and you will be asked to leave immediately. Any payments will not be refunded and you will not be permitted to return.

• If you do need to reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Less than 24 hours’ notice will require a full cancellation charge.
