Aromatherapy Treatments

During an aromatherapy treatment, I perform a consultation where we discuss any underlying health conditions which could be a contraindication to the massage and we choose essential oils together accordingly. As a holistic therapist, I look at the body as a whole, taking into consideration not only your symptoms, but your lifestyle and any other conditions that may relate to your initial concern.

Most people see improvements from the first treatment. However, I recommend a course of six to get the full therapeutic effects. Treatments should be spread 1-2 weeks apart, reduced to maintenance visits every 4-6 weeks after the initial course.
